Royal Shakespeare Company
actor and playwright, Cedric Liqueur, will be at Lunch With Books at
the Ohio County Public Library in Wheeling on Tuesday, May 28 at noon
to present his solo performance on the life of Leroy
"Satchel" Paige, one of the greatest baseball pitchers of all-time. Paige
was the first Negro League player to be elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame.
The play was written in collaboration with the Satchel Paige family and is
licensed by Satchel Paige Enterprises. Lunch With Books programs are
free and open to the public. Patrons are invited to bring a bag lunch and free
