Wilkes Kinney will be at Lunch With Books at the Ohio County Public Library on Tuesday February 28 at noon to discuss the participation of African Americans in the Civil War as both Union and Confederate Soldiers. The program is part of both the library’s Black History Month and Civil War Sesquicentennial observances. Lunch With Books programs are free and open to the public.
