May 18: Zhukov's Barber

Storyteller and author Andy Fraenkel will be at Lunch With Books at the Ohio County Public Library in Wheeling on Tuesday May 18th at noon to discuss his upcoming book, Zhukov’s Barber, based on his father’s experiences on the Eastern Front during WWII.
