Historian John Bowman will return to the Lunch With Books program at the Ohio County Public Library on Tuesday, April 6 at noon to discuss his new book, A Pictorial History of Wheeling and Ohio River Steamboats, a guide to the steamboats of the Upper Ohio Valley from 1850s-1940s with over 400 illustrations.
